ASSIGNMENT
We do not sub-contract any of our work. All the work that we do is done by our team of developers, QA and designers.
LATE PAYMENT PENALTY
Should any payment be received by the Agency more than ten (10) days after its due date, we will charge a late payment penalty equal to 5 percent (5%) of the amount overdue for each week outstanding until paid, beginning with the due date of the late payment.
NON-REFUNDABLE
Any fees once paid are non‑refundable and non‑creditable against other fees payable in future.
TIMESHEETS OR PROOF OF WORK
Under no circumstances will we be liable for providing any timesheets or other proof of the resources consumed in a month to the you. You understand that in the event there is less work given to the Agency, the Agency is neither required nor obligated to reduce the billable amount.
COMMUNICATION
All legal notices, communications and termination notices shall be in writing and in English language and shall be sent only via official email to the other party. Regular updates about the progress of the project, not related to contract, can be made via Slack, Zoom call, Google Meet call or via official email. We provide a response to all requests within 24 hrs during working hours, Monday through Friday.
WORKING HOURS
We conduct all operations between 11 a.m. and 7 p.m (Indian Standard Time) during the normal work week, Monday through Friday.
