This Refunds Policy describes the payment terms and refunds policy when you (the "Client") visit or enter into a service contract with nocodeassistant.agency or nocodeassistant.com (the “Site or Agency”).
CONSULTANCY SESSIONS
When you book a consultancy session with us, we charge you a fixed price based on the number of hours of consultancy sessions. The payment made for these sessions are not refundable in any case.
You can however request a refund if you decide to cancel any session 1 hour prior to the scheduled time. In this case simply send an email to himanshu@nocodeassistant.com.
In case you have booked multiple sessions and wish to reschedule or cancel any session, you can do so by sending an email to himanshu@nocodeassistant.com.
ADVANCE PAYMENT
When you enter a service contract with us for a project, we will require a non-refundable deposit before the project kickoff. This payment is counted towards the total cost of the project.
MILESTONE PAYMENTS
All our fixed price projects have milestone based payments. These milestones are defined in the service contract. Upon the completion of a milestone, we will send you an invoice with a payment link. You can complete the payment using Payoneer, wire transfer or bank transfer to our local receiving account as well.
As the milestones are mutually defined and quantifiable, refund requests are not possible. You can however terminate or end the contract and request us to stop further work. We will then handover the application and any other material provided by you.
